i am graduating hs next yr and i cant even fill out an A cup for a bra, i am very self concious, and worried, i didnt get my period till late like until i was 15 but i was wondering if it was normal to not have barely anything, i need a womans perspective!
i dont want judgement i want a serious answer

Many women have very small breasts sizes, many more than you know. Many women hide this with special bras (water bras, push up bras, stuffing their bras etc.) so it may not even be apparant who actually is the same size as you. I think that once you get used to your size you will become comfortable with it. You just need to accept who you are. P.S. my breasts didn't stop growing until I was around 21. I went from A to B cup, so there may still be hope for more growth. If not though, you are still beautiful, no matter what your breast size.
