Am I just completly insane?

I'm 17 years old, and the thought of anyone touching me scared the crap right out of me, i mean like, not sex, but even touching my leg or side, like my ex, put his hand on my side, and i freaked out and it made me jump...im not sure if im insane or something, btu my boyfriend now is understanding, and he says that like with time, it will get better, but im not sure, and it worries me....so can anyone tell me whats wrong with me??

i know exactly how you feel. back then, i felt really nervous and jumpy whenever anyone touches me. i'd feel really self conscious and panicky. you're not insane, i guess it's just a body thing where you're not comfortable with people touching your body yet, i agree with your boyfriend, it takes time, because overtime i've grown to love my body, and nowadays i don't get jumpy anymore. i hope things go well for you.
