Answers:

Endometriosis can be a very painful problem, or it can cause no pain at all. It varies from one case to the next. Just as the symptoms can very from one person to the next. If you really believe that this may be your issue I suggest teling your doctor about your concerns. If your doctor does not take you serious get another opinion. And keep at until you get answers to what is wrong. It took me seven years to get diagnosed. Many doctors do not take women serios and that is one reason so many are undiagnosed or misdiagnosed.
The only way a doctor can diagnosis you with endometriosis is through a laposcopy, which is a minor surgery. They will put you under and make an incision in your belly button for a camera along with one or two more small incisions close to your pelvic area for lasers and other instruments if they are needed. You get to go home the same day, though they usually keep you off of your for 7 to 10 days. Your stomach will remain bloated for a few days and you will feel gassy, but other then that I had no problems with this proceedure.
I hope this helps you and I wish you the best of luck in finding your problem.
Just a note, not all women suffer infertitly caused by endometriosis. Though many women do get diagnosised with endo after suffering from infertility.
