im 13 and hav nothin... u no "up top" but im rlly underweight [not anirexic] is my weight the cause??? [i weigh like 75lbs.]

If you are eating normally, you just have to wait for a growth spurt...then you will start to grow and gain more weight. You just need to wait, the time will come. =)
