I'm getting really bad period cramps...???!

I'm getting really bad period cramps...???

I'm 12 and i got my period about a year ago. I just got my period and Ive got really bad cramps in my stomach! OWWWCH! How can i stop them?? (any sitting positions, advil, medicine???)
