seasonel i've heard is good, but you only get your period 4 times a year and its hell b/c its pms and blood from the months you didn't have it.
i just use a birth control and its helped me with pain, regulation, and flow. i used to have to use 2 over-night pads at one time, even during the day. now, i get my period for about 3 days and only have to use reg. and light tampons.
