Any gynae/doctor/expert.... i need serious advice?

me n my boyfriend had foreplay in the end of april he did NOT enter me. i had my regular periods in the beginning of may at the right date. then I skipped my periods in june i was sure i can't be pregnant but still i got a urine pregnancy test on 27th june i.e 20 days after i was due for my periods it was negative.
i still haven't got my periods what do you think it is? i'm gaining weight but that is b'coz i'm really weak n was taking doctor prescribed health tonics. i sometimes have pain in my lower abdomen and lower back they are not cramps.
i have no symptoms of pregnancy no nausea or morning sickness or vomitting no breast tenderness . what do you think it is? anything serious?

Your period might be late from the meds your doctor gave you. Wait another week, and if you don't get your period, go see a doctor just to be on the safe side. Some women have irregular periods occasionally, but it might be because of a hormonal imbalance.
