I'm 13 and wanna wear a tampon?

I want to wear a tampon, right now I have Playtex, regular absorbency, gentle glide, you know, the plastic one. the last time, i had tampax pearl with the plastic, and i tried putting the tampon in, i was nervous and sweating the whole time...and i kinda well put it a little in, and then i just pushed down the thingy that made the tampon go in. and i was crying in the bathroom for an hour , it was stuck since it was dry, it killed to get it out...and it took me an hour...i couldnt stop crying, and no one could help me, i dont have a mom to help me. so can someone please assist me in how to do this? im really scared, i never wanna go thru that pain AGAIN.

the regular absorbency was the smallest one..and there was no small or slender.

you guys, there is no lower absorbency..and my dad couldnt find a junior or teen tampon. he looked....yeah my dad had to get them for me while i was at home sick and tired. and thisi s my heaviest day..and im sick of pads..ive had my period since i was 9...and pads are just mini diapers that are soaked.

find your comfy place, either lay down squat put one foot up on the bathtub or just sit on the toilet with your legs open.
open your vagina with one hand and put the tampon in with the other;;aiming towards your back, slowly push the applicator and it should go in without any pain.
before you take it out to try another get up and walk around with it in ure and see if its comfy and if u can walk or if it hurts
then take it out and keep trying you should get the handle on it after a couple tries.
remember dont cry and dont stress think of it as easy as that.
