13 workout?
Hi I am 13 years old I am at a totally normal weight I am not fat, but it would be nice to have a little bit more of a flat tummy :P My friend is having a pool party on the 22 of July. I am good at situps, so if I do like 50 sit ups and a few crunches a day untill then do you think I will look a little better? I am not trying to lose weight or be like that just trying to get a little heathier :) Thanks

no you wont...u have to do cardio to burn fat..the crunches will only build muslce under it....do running, that will burn fat EVERYWHERE. swimming is also good at burning fat without hurting the joints.
