Well. I am 13 years old and have not started my period. And the thing is that im kinda flat chested. Now, normally it doesnt bug me because i like myself the way i am but now that its swimsuit season I have noticed that almost everyone has a bigger chest than me. Even some girls that are younger than me. Sometimes im kinda embarressed. I mean my mom is "normal" with chest size but my sister is flat chested too. Oh, and if it helps I am very skinny and athletic but I do eat alot. Will my breasts get larger or am i stuck like this? Any advice? Thanks.

Yes, you will develop breasts. If you have not started your period then you haven't hit puberty and that explains why you are not developing. As tough as it is to watch other girls blossom around you, you'll have to wait. If you want, ask your mom when she started her period. It may give you an idea as to when you can expect to see changes. Of course it's not guaranteed as every girl is different. If you're athletic you most likely have a very lean body, which is fantastic. You have to keep in mind that all breasts are is fat. Plain and simple, fat. That's why the bigger a girl is, the bigger her breasts will be. All I can tell you that you will develop normally and at your own pace.
