Painful Intercourse. Help!?!

Question:

Painful Intercourse. Help!?

21 year old female here. I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years. 6 months ago we finally decided to have sex. Sex at first hurt a bit, but now it burns really bad, to the point where I can't even take it anymore.

There was a point where I had a bad yeast infection, but thats gone now. We are both STD free (we know this for a fact). I don't "lube" well down there, so we have gone through some lubrication products....the problem is they all burn and make sex even more painful.

I don't know what to do anymore. I feel horrible. My boyfriend has been wonderfully understanding, but this whole situation is making me a nervous depressed wreck! I've had it. This has basically killed what was left of my already low sex drive and now I never even want to try because I am so afraid of the pain. Even when I am completely 100% comfortable/into it, we try and it still hurts. Even when I lube well naturally!
It's a horrible burning feeling and I don't know what to do! It's unbearable.

Update:

We've tried just spit before. It still burns :-/

Also, I don't lube too well naturally even if I am turned on. Even so, it still burns with natural lube.

I am allergic to latex, so I don't use condoms. They hurt more than anything.

Almost forgot, I considered maybe I was allergic to sperm, however he has never ejaculated in me or near my vulva/vagina.

Also, fingers hurt as well. Lately, tampons have even been sort of painful to get in.

I have no idea whats going on, but it's fustrating. I do plan on going to the gyno. I was going to wait until my next check up but I can't take it anymore.

Also wanted to mention, we've tried every position we could think of. Everything hurts :(

He's an average sized guy.

Also, hygeine is not an issue with me. I don't douche or anything stupid. I don't do anything to upset the PH of my lady bits, however I do keep myself clean.

I am also on the pill, which I know can make you dry and give you infections.

It was pretty sore down there before I was on the pill (we tried fingers, not actual sex..still burned)

Answers:

Good Evening,
It is really hard to give you an online diganoses and you really should see your doctor. It could be many things.

If you are using condomes durring sex you are having an allergic reaction to the latex. It is very painful and it really hurts and you will feel that burning type sinsation.

You have vaginitis.. but you said that is gone now. You are allergic to the lubercations. your ph levels are changing.

Semen may be the trigger altering your vagina's chemistry. Other possible triggers are lowered immune resistance; douching; birth control pills; antibiotics; or, cuts, abrasions, or other vaginal irritation (friction from intercourse, fingers or fingernails, or tampons).Friction from intercourse can irritate vaginal tissues, and may make you more susceptible to vaginitis.

Or it also sounds like you may have an allergy to the proteins in your boyfriend's semen, also known as human seminal plasma protein hypersensitivity (SPH).It's possible to have allergies to common proteins found in most men's semen or to have allergies to a specific person's proteins. Reactions to contact with semen may include localized pain, itching, redness and swelling, or systemic responses, like hives or trouble breathing. Most symptoms typically start within 20-30 minutes of contact and can last for hours or days. The severity of the reaction depends on your personal chemistry.
Also, there are a couple possible ways for a health care provider to desensitize a person to semen.

Please go to your Doctor and let them know. Sometime antibodics need to be taken for vaginitis. Do not sit in pain tell them everything. Let them know you are in alot of pain now and really need to be seen asap. Obstain from sex until you have this looked into. Never let your self suffer please.

All My Best
Hope this helped

I hope you find out what this is. Blessings...
