Backache problem?!


Question:

Backache problem?

it really hurts, and has been for like 2 years. I crack it to feel better, but i know im going to end up paying for it when i get older.
i dont know what to do. i have big boobs and am overweight. But there are many girls who are overweight with bigger boobs than D and dont have back problems.
Is it that my body is just improperly proportioned? like i've just gained too much weight around the bust?
Please help i dont know what to do, it kills
and dont tell me to sit straigh cause that hurts too and i cant hold it up for long

Exercise.

I'm a DD and couldn't wash my own dishes for more than 3 minutes without severe back pain. Exercise saved me. I do strength training and cardio. I don't even focus on my back, mostly arms and legs. It's enough to make it so I can't even crack my back when I keep up with the exercise (even just twice a week).

You just need to develop your muscles enough to support your body. It really does feel so much better and that feeling is more than enough to keep you going.
