Dizzy and disoriented?!

Dizzy and disoriented?
Right before I get my period and during it I feel dizzy and out of it. I have trouble driving. Like its hard to back out of a driveway and I run lights and feel like I'm not in good control of the car. Anyone else get this?

i understand where you are coming from i have this also i find that if i get enough rest and drink enough fluids its a little better but as for driving try not to drive when you feel this way see and if you absolutely have to go somewhere see if someone can maybe drive you
