Where is it available and I know that is free for girls from the age 11-18! I am 16, so I would like to know where I can take it, ofcourse with the consent of my parents!
Is it really free?

This vaccine is so new that the long term effects of it are unknown. There is no way of knowing how long it lasts, or what long-term complications/side effects it may cause. And, as with all other vaccines, it is not tested for carcinogenic(cancer-causing) or mutagenic properties, or its effects on fertility.
