Mmk. Well I have a weakness for cravings. If I crave, or see something I feel like i want, I HAVE to have it, or I go crazy. I want to lsoe weight on my stomach, does anyone have like, good excerise routines that actually work? I'm planning on getting my belly button peirced but first I wanna get a toned stomach

do exercise regularly i.e. jog ...need to sweat allot and have a balance diet...
