market from pumps to implants ect and they say they work but how well if you stop I know they go back to original size but do they sag after?

I have naturally large breasts. They are cumbersome, at times hard to sleep with. They are heavy. They even cause issues with your back.
Bras are more expensive the higher the cup size you need. The styles of bras become less and less beautiful and more like what a grandmom would wear. The bras for those of us who are voluptuous are also more uncomfortable if you have larger breasts because of the extra support which is needed.
It is harder to find shirts which fit properly, and dresses that fit off the rack are almost impossible to find.
It is much more expensive, painful and could cause spinal issues.
I say all of this to say be happy with what you have. The grass may look greener on the other side but it comes with its own issues. And those supplements you are thinking of taking could have issues of their own.
What if you are allergic to some of the ingredients and you don't know it.
Don't worry be happy and be proud that you can stand up tall and straight without the extra weight.
