My menstrual and Excercising?
When I'm on my menstrual, I tend to eat junk stuff, because it comforts me, when I'm mad or very emotional at the time...last time i was on it...i quit working out....i know its bad. but this time i dont want to stop, i feel quite tired..not sleepy, but my body has like absolutely no energy, and i just feel like i need to sit down all day. how can i get my energy up and the motivation to keep going?

yours truly, i AM EATING HEALTHY....i dont know whats wrong with me..this ALWAYS happens. i had been eating healthy last time...andim stil tired as heck...i had even been taking multi vitamins at the time...even when i wasnt eating healthy...i still was tired. just please help me, what can i do to make myself be energized? right now its 1:40 AM...im not even sleeping, i got up at 9 this morning..and im not sleepy...in fcat im hyper..i wanna go outside and play basketball...i feel like jumping. lol but i dont know. i just need to feel good tomorrow for excercising.

Even if you have no cramps or anything, I find midol works WONDERS for regulating your emotions and moods. Not sure why, but it seems to help.
