Health question about my boyfriend?

Hi,i have been going out with my boyfriend for 3 years and i am worried about him because he wont listen to me. I want him to go to the doctors because his balls have tripled in size in the last year in a half. They are huge now,it looks like he has two tennis balls in his sac. He always had a large penis 10 1/2 inches (i measured when we first start going out) and it is very thick so he just says his balls are catching up to his penis. Instead of being worried he is proud of it and swings his balls and penis around so they slap off his thighs. What could be the problem and is there any real danger or am i just overreacting. he showed his friend who is in medical school them and his friend said there is nothing wrong but i think he should see a professional doctor. Any info please help. Thanks a lot
