Extreme hunger?!

Extreme hunger?

i can eat all day and not get full all of a sudden. like ill eat something and 5 mins later ill hear my stomach growling again.
am i just being a fat *** or is there like something wrong?
ive been laying in bed for the past like 3 days cause ive been sick. i had to go to the ER because of a ruptured ovarian cyst.. i dont know if it could be any part of that..
like would pain killers cause hunger by any chance? i jsut really dont know wuts wrong with me.
