ok ummmmmm, well i'm 14 and my period are irregular but the timing isn't really a problem, I always feel nautious and i don't know maybe thats normal, but i play basketball and alot of other sports at my school and (this is embarasing!) i've bled through my jeans 3 times!!!! and well i tried to wear a tampon and but it hurt really really bad! should i suck it up and keep trying to wear one??? How old were you when you were able to wear one or does age have nothing to do with it? and also what should i do about feeling nautious, having a headache, and being Very bloated!

Don't listen to everyone. My moms a nurse and has been lecturing me on this forever. The place when the fluid comes out is the hem and some peoples are larger and some peoples are smaller and sometimes the hem can be too small to get a tampon in
