that happened to me once
and i was super scared because i thought it was my appendix
heheh not to worry
it was probably that u slept in a wrong position last night
just make yourself a nice tea
and drink it when its really hot before you go to sleep and get plenty of sleep
if it doesnt go away for about a week then go to your doctor
he might be able to know whats wrong
