how do you react to a guy leaving a condom inside of you? some guys are scared to confess this to the woman they were with, some just lack responsibility. at the end of it all, how should you as a woman react to this? will you ever want to be with him after you discover it? it is uncomfortable, will probably get pushed out when you urinate, think about the posibility if being infected with any disease, getting pregnant or jus being lucky not to get any of those except an adrenaline rush! do we forgive annd do it again or learn from that mistake and always offer your services to remove the condom after the session!

After sex, you or your partner need to grasp the base of the condom as he pulls out to make sure that the condom and it's contents don't get left behind.
I think you would notice if you had a used condom left behind, and you should be able to remove it yourself. The main problem there would be spillover and potential for pregnancy.
It would not get pushed out when you urinate, the vagina is not where urine exits the body.
