Anyone else have a merina coil?

I had mine fitted 3 weeks ago and have had light spotting ever since. I am due for a period this weekend but have had more heavier spotting since last weekend. Is this my period? God I hope so as they were awful before...or am I in for a bad one at the weekend?

I have had the marina coil for about two years now. My periods are erratic now. I seem to be very light but have one more often usually every 2/3 weeks. I have never had a heavy one since my coil was fitted . I think you can safely say that you have had your period. My nurse told me once mine was fitted my periods would become very light and she was right. Just have more periods than before.
