before you offer men , they are too sore to be rubbed better etc !!
Seriously ... I have extremely painful breasts for about a week or so before a period, I recently had a Merina coil fitted. Will this help? and if not what will help? I am already taking evening primrose oil daily but has not helped.

It's nice to know ....(well not nice ) that so many people have the same problem. relaxingangel the stregth is 1000mg...and says high dose? is this right ... can I take this and the other ...oil together?
