For some WERID reason yesterday I got very sick, threw up, had a HORRIBLE headache, and very dizzy. Today my mid stomache hurts... and my lower back aches. What could be wrong?

Kidney and/or bladder infections are known to give nausea as well as lower back pain and upset stomach, but you did not have a fever.
If it were appendicitis, you might have developed a fever, too.
Maybe you ate something that did not agree with you? In any case, you should go to a doctor to evaluate you, soon.
