I suffer with ibs and im 11 wks preg the chemist and dr wont give me anything its spasms and pains up the bum?

ive had a mc b4 so the drs just been very careful

They wont give you anything because a muscle relaxant to stop the spasms could make you miscarry, try ordinary fybogel orange fibre drink, that should help, and watch what you eat, cut down on fatty foods, take aways etc, drink plenty of water and take a bit of gentle excerise, a nice walk or somehting, good luck!
