How do you determine whether you have a heavy flow or a light one?!

How do you determine whether you have a heavy flow or a light one?

i dont know which type of tampons/pads to buy b/c i dont know how much is considered a heavy flow. help??


Answers:

If you have to change your tampon/pad every 1-2 hours, it's heavy. Every 3-4 hours is medium.
