Answers:

It may be a good idea to let your doc know at your next appointment. Bed-wetting can very rarely be caused by another health problem like thyroid problems, urinary tract infections and a few others. There are exercises you can do to strengthen your bladder called Kegal exercises. They strengthen your PC muscle. They are easy to do anywhere and no one can tell you are doing them. Two accidents in 7 months may seem like a lot but it most likely has nothing to do with your bladder being weak. Being overtired or sleeping very deeply due to lack of sleep is most likely the problem. If you have any burning, tingling, or a frequent and strong urge to pee but very little comes out when you go, you most likely have an infection. Only antibiotics will help that but you don't have to tell anyone that you peed the bed. Anyone can get that type of infection (has nothing to do with sexual contact or diseases) and it is nothing to be embarrassed about. To learn Kegal exercises, search online by name or search for PC muscle exercises. They will describe how to do them better than I can. Try not to worry, though. It really does happen to most people at some time or another- even parents! Just no one likes to admit it. If there is a possible health issue or if the Kegal exercises don't help within a few weeks, please see your doctor.
