So worried!! (Period Problems) Please Help!!!!?!

Question:

So worried!! (Period Problems) Please Help!!!!?

I posted earlier but didn't get any replys for some reason.

Here is some back-ground info.

I am 24 years old ~ Mother of 2
2 pregnancies with no problems.
Had no problems getting pregnant. Tryed 2 times with our first pregnancy and only tryed 1 time with our second.

My period ranges from 32 to 35 days. I have never in my life missed a period before. (only after giving bith to my children did my period not show in 3 mos. but that was due to giving birth etc)

I don't have any hair growth anywhere on my body that it shouldn't be. I have not gained or lost any weight. I have not had any change in my diet or excersise. I don't and haven't ever over excersised. My sleep is the same as always. No new medications. No added stress or anxiety.

My last period was on May the 11th, 2007.
I am on cycle day 55!!! I am like a whole month late!
What could this be? I have never done this before?

I have had 2 hcg blood tests both negative. 7 home test all negative.

My only symptoms are lower stomach pain. Located across the bikini line at the tops of the pubic bone. Sometimes on the right side, then the left. It's not that bad of a pain. It comes and goes. Sometimes I also get period like cramps that come and go.

I am worried that I have some terrible overy cancer, or cancerous tumor growing inside or something very bad that is causing all of this?

Because what on earth could this be? I don't have the symptoms of PCOV other then a missed period and lower belly cramps/pain.

So what else could this be? This just isn't normal for me at all!

I have an appointment at a womens health clinic on July 11th.

What should I ask her to check for. Or what questions should I ask.

What do you think is wrong with me?

Please help! Thank you much!

There are a lot of reasons your body may change and mess with your cycles. One of the biggest contributors to cycle changes is stress. So, take a deep breath. I'm glad you have an appt. with the Dr. coming up. You could've ovulated & not bled, be going thru early menopause, have an illness/infection not related to your reporductive organs that's putting addition stress on your body, had a miscarriage last cycle that you didn't notice, have high anxiety, etc. One of the first indicators of problems in your body is your menstration. & it's also one of the most fickle systems. I personally have cycles that go 45+ days & no one can tell me why. Don't panic. Let the medical professionals know everything that's happened, & let them tell you how to handle it. If you do have a chronic condition, you're going to catch it now & take care of it. good luck.
