i am 21years&circumsized when i was a baby.now i have some thing like a swelling between the lips if my vagina.it doesn't pain but its just there &it's shamefull .wht could tht be &wht should i do about it ?

this is a very peculiar situation. you are female, and youhad circumsicion? i though this was just an old tribal practice in the depths of africa.
be that as it may, any form of growth or swelling, especially if it is persistent should be looked upon by a doctor. at least if it turns out normal, your with a clean bill of health, but if they find out something, at least they can deal with it properly and cure this in the proccess.
