Measure your chest under your boobs and then measure your chest around the fullest part of your boobs. The difference between the two measurements is your cup size:
A = 1 inch difference
B = 2 inches
C = 3 inches
D = 4 inches
Always try the bra on though, as every brand has slightly different dimensions. If you're between sizes, always get the slightly bigger one as a too small bra will be uncomfortable and will look awful by cutting a line across the boob, giving the 'double boob' effect.
