I need to know why I feel like this!?!? HELP!!?

I'm a 15 year old girl and my boyfriend fingered me. After he did that I've experienced that my stomach doesn't feel the same. This happened before. Also he washed his hands so no semen was on them. Does anyone know why? Is this normal? HELP!
