Mirena Coil?
Thinking about getting the Mirena Coil....we use condoms at the moment and they are no problem..just worried about the discomfort to start with, if my periods will be bad for awhile (getting married soon and dont want problems!!) If my partner will feel it and i used to get really bad migraines when i used to take the pill...so will i get them back?? any experienced users please comment!!

I have been on the mirena for 3 1/2 years & it is fantastic! I suffer from migranes & this does not set off any reaction, there is no cramping & no major periods - the only thing you should be concerned about is if you want children, it is best not to go onto it until you have had kids as it is more effective than sterilisation & can affect you. Hope this is helpful!! It is just like getting a pap smear when it is put in & you cant feel it afterwards, so no problems there.
