Contraceptive Pill?
Sometime last week my bf and I had sex and the condom broke and I went to a health centre and took the emergency contraceptive pill to be on the safe side within 15mins, and today I got my period but it is not as heavy as usual. This is strange because I just finished my period 2 weeks ago. I understand that this pill will induce your period. However, I am now going on the pill and have been told 2 take it on the 1st day of my period. Do I start taking it now or wait til i am actually due. Will I still get another period when I am due?

your body is really messed up right now with alot of hormones. take the pill on the first day of bleeding. if you are bleeding take it within the first 24hours. starting the pill your body may take up to 3 months to regulate. if you still have questions i would contact your dr/nurse and ask to be sure
