I think you can, but..........I don't really think it's safe for the girl. You see, when we girls have periods, we bleed, right? So, if your being intimate with her and the blood gets on you(I don't mean to disgust you) you could get ill........In other words, it's better not to do it when she has it.........wait intill she get's over it..........
