I know this sounds disgusting but it i need to know if this is normal?

I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago and the day after that i took the morning after pill. My period comes on the first day of each month and this month i actually got it on the 1st. On the first day of my period though, me and my boyfriend had sex (he had a condom on and it did not break) and i know that sounds really disgusting and we don't plan on doing that anymore, but after having sex during my period (especially on the first day) my period has stopped after the 2/3rd day. Is that bad? Is it normal for my period to stop after a short amount of time?

the morning after pill is basically a high dose birth control pill so chances are it will affect your period.
