How long can you...?

how long can you leave a tampon in for? what will happen if you leave it in too long??

plz hurry! i need answers fast!


Answers:

If you leave a tampon in for too long you can develop TSS (toxic shock syndrom). A tampon should not be in for more then 8 hours. Change it as you need to, like every 2 or 3 hours depending on how heavy your flow is. Good luck!
