Boob acne...?

Ok, this is really embarassing, but yeah, I have pimples on my boobs. How the heck do I make it go away? How can I prevent it?
They're mostly on the undersides of my boobs. HELP!!!!

I do shower everyday, and I wash my boobs, thank you very much.
Do you think the fabric of the bra is important? Most of my bras are that 'satiny' silky material...

I'm going to assume that you have large breasts here. First off, are your bras clean? You should wash them every two or three times that you wear them. If you r sweating under your breasts then you need a bra that has more breathable fabric. If thats not the problem, I would try exfoliating every three or four days to remove dead skin that could be clogging the pores and causing the breakout. I'm not even going to ask if you shower everyday, but I hope that you do. If it's still breaking out then I would try a gentle astringent on top of all of that.
