I am afraid my boobs will sag?

i am 17 years old, 5'7inch and 180 pounds, i wear a size 36 C bra, i want to lose 20 pounds but i am afraid my boobs will sag, my boobs feel heavy sometimes but other times they dont they droop from the top but not the bottom

Lose the weight and don't worry about your breasts until you've lost the weight.

You may not lose any in the breast if you have more dense breast tissue instead of fatty tissue.

However if you have more fatty tissue you may lose in the breast.

But, I'd rather lose a few pounds instead of staying the same weight.
