How exactly do you measure cup size when sizing for a bra?!

Question:

How exactly do you measure cup size when sizing for a bra?

Answers:

Measure around your chest just under your breasts. Round up. If it is an even number add four, an odd number add five. That is the band size.

Then measure around the breasts at the nipple at the widest part. Round up.

Subtract first number from second number.

1" is a A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C.

Or go to Sears Nordstroms or JCPenney and get sized.

Regarding VS, I've gone there to get sized and frankly they do not know how to size correctly. What is usually a 38C on me in other stores, I'd have to look for a 40DDD in VS stores. I've heard a lot of complaints from lots of women around the US about how incorrect their sizing is, especially for bigger breasts.
