what exams do they do, do u have 2 wear a hos. gown, do they check "downtown" , does it hurt, can u get a nurse 2 go in there with u, or is just u and the doc. , my mom is not going in there with me

They will check your breasts and show you how to do a breast check yourself. Pay attention this is truly important stuff to know. Yes you wear a hospital gown and yes they will check "downtown" as you put it. Just relax and it wont hurt -ok sometimes it does hurt a little but not much. Anytime a girl or woman is being checked like this there will be a nurse in the room. This is for your protection and for the doctors too as a lot of women claim some doctor touched them improperly. I hope this helped you some. When they do the downtown check take a deep breath and blow it out really slowly it willhelp you relax and the more relaxed you are the less it hurts!!!
It is possible they wont do a "downtown" check on you since you are so young so dont worry about it.
