Well, i got pregnant while on the mini pill(Microgynon). Got 2 periods (very light) until my doctor believed me i was pregnant. The pregnancy was uneventful and the baby fine (and huge!). If you are taking the pill remember you must be aware to every sign your body gives. If you are still experiencing tenderness in your breasts before your period, for example, talk to your doctor about adjusting the dose.
And try to take out of the equation human error, follow your schedule as if sacred, if you have or had diarrhea, use another form of contraception (condom, for example). If you miss two pills in a row, use another bc method, too.
