I'm on my period my stomach hurts but i don't have cramps whats wrong?

i know how cramps feel but its not that i have like this pain in my under mybelly area it hurts like heck but it went away just know do you know what it is

hey that happens to me 2 but lieing down usually helps ease it (thats wat i do)
