Sudden breast growth--is this normal?

I went through puberty rather early--I shaved my legs at 9, my first period was at 11, and I stopped growing (height, as well as feet and breasts) early in my 13th year.

Or so I thought.

Since the age of 17, I have gone from wearing a 36B bra to a 36DD bra (I am almost 19 now). Any good explanation for this?

Nothing else in my body has changed. I am the same height, and my shoes are only are the same size. My weight is the same, I am not sexually active. I am not on birth control or any sort of hormone therapy. And yes, they are real.

I understand that some people go through puberty later than others. However, I thought I had finished. Is it normal to start again like that?

Happened to me. I was 11, and then at 17, my weight was the same, but some of the fat from my waist moved up to my chest. Just accept it as a blessing :) Someone in nursing school told me that your body keeps developing until around age 25.
BTW, I have a friend who didn't reach her full height until 25. I went to visit her one day (she already has kids and everything), and I'm like, what happened??
