im almost 14
and i keep needing to wee all the time
but when i get to the toilet nothing comes out
and i still need the toilet ...
and i know im not pregnant
whats wrong with me ?

The feeling of having to urinate all the time is a sign of a UTI. Does it burn when you do go? Does your bladder ache?
Go to the doctor right away. If you do have a UTI it must be treated with antibiotics and you want to treat it now before it gets worse.
