does asprin really help u stop miscarying?i have not yet fell pregnant as i am still bleeding slightly from a recent miscarrige, I am going to start trying again soon and im taking pregnacare tablets my partner taking a multivitamin to see if it helps for nxt time,i am so worried its going to happen again as its the second time in 2 yrs now,im scared x

I've never heard of that, and I'm a nurse, but really you should be getting proper advice from a doctor, or a midwife, not through this lot!
