im a litle confused about my menstrual in countdown...is i 28 days from start to next start or finish to next start?
Answers:
Start to next start, the period days are in the cycle. For 28 days cycle, you will get the next period after 23 days from the end of the period (if period lasts 5 days). Count it that way.
