Answers:

For getting pregnant, a ripe ovum must be present in your fallopian tubes. Ovulation occurs about 14 days before you get your period, so in your case it was about the 12th of the month. You had unprotected sex on the 25th, and got your period the next day. It was a normal, 5-day period. In my opinion, your chances of winning the big prize on the Lottery are greater than your chances of being pregnant. For the next time, make sure that appropriate contraception is available before you have sex. For your information, emergency contraception {Plan B} is available without a prescription at most drugstores and at Planned Parenthood clinics. You can take it up to 72 hours after unprotected sex; it is over 90% effective in preventing an unwanted pregnancy. Of course, it is for EMERGENCIES ONLY {like a broken condom, sexual assault, etc.}. It's not to be used as your main contraceptive; there are plenty of affordable, reliable contraceptives on the market. You can obtain birth control pills, patches {OrthoEvra}, vaginal rings {NuvaRing}, the DepoProvera shot at any Planned Parenthood clinic without your parent's consent or knowledge even if you are a minor. It's the Law, and your privilege; make good use of it.
