Birth Control Question...missing it?!

Birth Control Question...missing it?

I keep missing the time I'm suppose to take my birth control because I'm always out and I keep forgetting to take them with me. I miss it usually by a few hours 2-3 hours or a little more. Can that affect the effectiveness? Or what could happen?

I have an alarm for it..and it'll ring while I'm out and I'll be like oh ****

I got pregnant by missing my dose by like 6hours. I had an alarm and was usually good about talking it within a 2 hour window. Then one day I left it at home and I just had a bad feeling about it but thought it wouldn't really be a big deal but it was and then I miscarried. I got pregnant the week after I missed taking my dose on time. OBGYN said it was all related to the BCP. So now I am on the Nuva-Ring. It is the greatest thing in the whole world. I love it. I never have to worry about a missed does or take a BCP ever again YEAH!!!
