Is this normal?

I was on Birth Control for 5 years. I have deceided to get off of it. I know that my period is going to be irregular but this is crazy. I was on my period for 4 days and then I stoped for 2 days, Then I had sex and now I am feeling like I am going to start again. This has happend twice. Is that normal?

I have already spoken with my GYN and she told me that I would have an irregular cycle for about 3 months. I just want to know if this is going to happen ever time I have sex.

When I stopped taking birth control, I had very irregular periods for about 3 months. I would say that it is normal, but you should ALWAYS go see your gyno if you have any questions. Even if just to ease your own mind.
